Your Estate Planning Attorney

Ms. Bohn has been practicing law in Metro-Atlanta since 1995. She was a managing attorney for branch offices of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco and Morris & Schneider before starting her own firm. Ms. Bohn received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Furman University. While in law school, she worked as an intern for Professor Marie Reilly researching topics pertaining to secured transactions. Ms. Bohn also won the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association Student Trial Competition and was on the Dean’s List.

She decided to start her firm regarding Wills, Trusts & Estates in order to help people plan for the future, so their ultimate goals can be carried out. Having seen first-hand how a lack of planning can cause pain and cost to loved ones, she wanted to help people avoid conflicts and costs that could have been prevented. By having an estate plan, one can let loved ones know how they want their assets distributed, how medical situations should be handled, and who they would like to act as their agent in financial situations . Answering these questions before circumstances arise means potentially avoiding expensive and time-consuming court proceedings. It also means your loved ones will not have to guess about what your choices would have been. Estate Planning is one of the steps people take to plan for their future and un-burden their loved ones. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, going out to dinner with family and friends, and babysitting her grand-daughters. Currently, she lives with her husband and dog, Otto, in Marietta.
